Loyal Home Health Care was founded in 2018. It is a women-owned and diverse small business aiming to impact the community in a positive manner. We currently provide PCA, Waiver, home and community-based services in Saint Anthony, Minnesota, with plans to expand in order to meet the needs of our clients. We have continued to work with many organizations and government agencies to ensure quality and safe service to be provided to our clients.

Omar MohamudPCA / Waiver Program Manager
Omar has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management at Metropolitan State University. He has been working within in-home care programs for over 5 years and currently oversees all functions within our PCA and Waiver programs. He has experience in various social services and health settings.
Asad HassanHousing Stabilization Program Manager
Asad has several years of experience in Management specifically Operations. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management from the University of Minnesota. He also assists with the Waiver program working closely with our Executive Management team. Currently, Asad drives the Housing program through partnerships with many organizations and our internal team.
